The annual SPOC workshop is a four day which takes place at a venue somewhere in Denmark at the end of August. The workshop is a chance for SPOC’ers to work across the different fields that the Centre covers. It is a chance to discuss the future of optical communications and arrive at plans for the coming breakthroughs SPOC will strive to obtain. In 2017 the workshop took place at Kragerup Gods, August 28-31, where 45 researchers affiliated with the centre participated.
